The Automobile Loan Process
BCI only makes Automobile Loans to consumers through our network of dealerships. When you began the search for your vehicle you may not have heard of BCI. We have been in the auto lending business since 1998. We are happy to have you as a customer and look forward to meeting your financial needs!
How loans go through the process:
- The process begins once you locate a vehicle you are interested in! After you decide on a vehicle you would like to purchase, you will be directed to the finance office at the dealership.
- The finance manager will take your application and forward it to BCI -- and possibly to other lenders.
- A qualified credit analyst at BCI will review your credit application and credit file to make a decision whether to approve it. Once the dealership receives notice of the approval, they generate a Retail Installment Contract along with any other supporting documents for you to review and sign.
- Once the paperwork has been agreed to and signed by you and the dealer, you are free to drive away happily in your new vehicle!
- Within two weeks, you will receive a welcome letter and a payment book with information on your loan and instructions on where to send your payments.

Customer Service is our number one priority at BCI. Our offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding major holidays.

For your convenience, BCI offers our customers the ability to change your address via a simple form downloadable online.
You can use this Change of Address Notification Form* to notify us of any changes to your address, and for ease of use the instructions are included in the form.
