The Automobile Loan Process

BCI only makes Automobile Loans to consumers through our network of dealerships. When you began the search for your vehicle you may not have heard of BCI. We have been in the auto lending business since 1998. We are happy to have you as a customer and look forward to meeting your financial needs!

How loans go through the process:

  1. The process begins once you locate a vehicle you are interested in! After you decide on a vehicle you would like to purchase, you will be directed to the finance office at the dealership.
  2. The finance manager will take your application and forward it to BCI -- and possibly to other lenders.
  3. A qualified credit analyst at BCI will review your credit application and credit file to make a decision whether to approve it. Once the dealership receives notice of the approval, they generate a Retail Installment Contract along with any other supporting documents for you to review and sign.
  4. Once the paperwork has been agreed to and signed by you and the dealer, you are free to drive away happily in your new vehicle!
  5. Within two weeks, you will receive a welcome letter and a payment book with information on your loan and instructions on where to send your payments.

BCI offers an Automatic Monthly Payment Service to our customers free of charge.  It’s fast, easy and worry free.  Simply read the three steps thoroughly below, before selecting the form to download online.

  2. Print a blank form by clicking File -> Print and manually fill in the blanks.
  3. Return the completed form to our office using either method below to ensure the security and privacy of your personal information.
